CONFLICT RESOLUTION

If you work with people, conflict is inevitable. So, it is of no surprise that conflicts also arise in church and community life. However, pastors, ministers, and lay leaders are often asked to aid in conflict resolution and peacemaking. In understanding the importance of this biblical precept, we have designed a comprehensive conflict resolution program that will allow individuals, families, and ministries to gain a deeper understanding of conflict resolution strategies. Specifically, we focus on the dynamics of church conflict including ethics, conflict analysis, group dynamics, interpersonal communication, and church conflict management.
