CONNECTION TEAM
Be a part of a team that is passionate about connecting people to God and others. As a member of the connection team, you will provide help and information to members and guests about worship experiences, connections groups, and support teams. Also, connection team members offer prayer support and spiritual encouragement.
CHILDREN’S MINISTRY
Are you passionate about working with children? Our Children’s Ministry provides relevant spiritual and social learning tools and events for children, 0-12 years of age. Team activities include but are not limited to participating and leading an age appropriate classroom curriculum on Sunday mornings, developing group learning activities, and assisting with various children’s events.
FACILITIES MINISTRY
Assist in the preparation of the building and venues for Sunday worship and other ministry; Welcome, direct and assist congregants and guests to ensure the safety of those entering and exiting the campus.
GREETER MINISTRY
Our Greeter Ministry brings honor and glory to God by providing a warm spirit of Christian friendliness to all attendees so that each person will feel genuine Christian affection and first-time and returning guests will want to return.
MEDIA MINISTRY
In collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team, our Media Ministry works in all ministry areas to provide audio/visual support for worship services and special events. In addition, our Media Ministry ensures all audio/visual content is available for distribution, website development, and social media postings.
MEN MINISTRY
The Men’s Ministry has been established to include all men of the church who are 18 years and older and provides a host of ministry events (i.e. Men’s Fellowship, Conferences, Retreats, Bible studies, etc.) for the spiritual building and maturing of all men of New Mt. Calvary.
MUSIC, WORSHIP AND ARTS MINISTRY
Be a part of the Worship Teams through music, praise dance, and performing arts. The Worship and Arts Teams are integral to enhancing our Sunday morning worship experiences and special events throughout the church and community.
OUTREACH MINISTRY
Impacting the community around us is one of the greatest things we can do. If you have a passion for helping, encouraging, and equipping people in the Body of Christ, we invite you to be a part of our outreach and mission teams including the Feeding Ministry as well as Men and Women on Mission.
SILVER SAINTS MINISTRY
Silver Saints are the cornerstone of the ministry at New Mt. Calvary. Our Silver Saints are leaders in leadership, love, fellowship and obedience. They help in teaching others to be examples in the body of Christ and our pillars of hope in the life of the Church.
SUNDAY SCHOOL MINISTRY
Sunday school is one of the church’s most powerful ways to affirm the Word of God. It is the place where we teach the vital importance of Scripture to our babies, children, youth, young adults, and adults and disciple them in their Christian walk. Classes for all ages are available.
USHER MINISTRY
Serves through genuine hospitality, handing out bulletins, finding seats for attendees and collecting offerings
WOMEN MINISTRY
The Women’s Department of New Mt. Calvary has been established to unite all of the women of the congregation into a bond of Christian fellowship, love, and unity through the power of the Holy Spirit. This is done through a host of ministry events including monthly women’s fellowships, Christian Woman I Am Conference(CWIA), special Bible studies, and retreats.
YOUNG ADULT MINISTRY
Works to equip, enrich, and edify the Body of Jesus Christ through the teachings, auxiliaries/ministries, spiritual gifts, and fellowships of highly anointed young men and women (ages 18-39).
YOUTH MINISTRY
Working with our Jr. High and High School students by participating or facilitating youth ministries services, monthly activities, or assisting with various youth ministry events.
